Noel Yensen (British, born 1967)
Noel Yensen is a Partner of Caspian Trading, he was elected to the Board in 2006. Mr. Yensen holds extensive exposure to international business, particularly in Ukraine and Russia, is highly-skilled in change management. Mr.Yensen is a member of the board of directors of 6 Real Asset Fund Investors of Caspian Trading and Director of B2 Investment S.A., Switzerland. Over the past seven years, Mr. Yensen became an Allied Domecq distribution partner in Russia, of which two companies he also held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and General Director respectively. He also worked for five years in the CIS division of Philip Morris, ultimately responsible for USD 600 million turnover. Furthermore, Mr. Yensen has been a Managing Director designate with Valentin Yudashkin group, Russia. Mr. Yensen has a Master of Business Administration degree from Trinity College, Ireland, and he has a strong command of the Russian language.
Nils Angebar (Swedish, born 1962)
Nils Angebar is a Partner of Caspian trading was elected to the Board in 2005. Mr. Angebar has long experience from cross-sector investments within East European Countries and he is currently Chairman of the board of directors of Russian Real Estate Investment Company with the subsidiaries. Besides he is member of the board in Malka Oil, Nordnet Bank. Besides he is engaged as deputy director of Bellatin Sarl, Luxembourg . Mr. Angebar is co-founder of Orc Software. Mr. Angebar was educated at the Stockholm School of Economics and he is fluent in Russian.
Yan Berglof (Swedish, born 1966)
Yan Berglof is a Founding Partner of Caspian Trading. He was elected as a member of the Board in 2006. Mr. Berglof is currently Director and chairman of the board of Öhman Group. Berglofis also a member of the board of directors of Konsumentkredit i Sverige. KOGMOT AB, MPS Holding AB, Russian Real Estate Investment Company, and Svenska Fondhandlarföreningen. Over recent years years, he has also been a member of the board of directors of Brunnswick Emerging Markets. Mr. Berglof graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Peter Nilson (Irish, born 1961)
Peter Nilson is a Partner of 11 Invest S.A. Mr. Silander is currently a member of the board of directors of 11 Real Asset Fund Investors AB (publ), AB Svensk Exportkredit, East Capital Asset Management AB, Endeavour Funds Ltd., Quesada AB, and Trygg Stiftelsen. Mr. Silander has worked 20 years within the investment banking industry holding senior positions with Handelsbanken, Goldman Sachs and UBS. In 2001 he quit his position as CEO of the Alfred Berg Group and pursued business opportunities in St. Petersburg and took on board of director assignments. In addition to his current assignments he has been a member of the board of directors of Fastighets AB Tornet, Lenta (St. Petersburg), Netonnet AB, Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB (publ) including subsidiaries, and Telelogic AB. Mr. Silander holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
